If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on AiPicks.org in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us by submitting a DMCA takedown request.

To file a DMCA notice, please send a written communication to our designated agent that includes the following:

⚠️ 3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the content appeared before it was removed or disabled;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in the jurisdiction where your service provider may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complaining party files a court action within 10 business days.

AiPicks.org reserves the right to terminate access to users who are found to be repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances.
